Our website caratcraft.ae offers free shipping for all orders purchased online in the UAE. We offer door to door service for all range of products in 3 working days. In case your selected piece is in stock, we arrange to deliver within the next day. Made to order and custom jewelry pieces will be delivered within 2-3 working days. We take priority orders too, drop us a line at care@caratcraft.ae for all urgent orders and inquiries. We offer cash on delivery payment option for all orders placed within the UAE.
Interational Delivery
Caratcraft.ae offers global shipping. We have teamed up with FedEx to ensure your jewelry to securely couriered to your doorstep. All our product prices are inclusive of additional duties and taxes. The cost of delivery varies from country to country. You will be able to see all the prices at the checkout by selecting your port of destination.
Customs fees, import duties, taxes, and other charges may be imposed on your overseas order by the customs office of the destination country or region. Unless otherwise specified, the recipient is responsible for any additional expenses incurred during customs clearance. When your order arrives at customs, either the transporter or the customs office will contact you to arrange payment of any fees that may be owed.
